I completed a BSc in Nutrition and Health in 2019 at University of Roehampton. I then went on to complete an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition in 2020 at Loughborough University where I graduated with Distinction and a research project prize.

With a strong interest in female athlete health and performance, I am back in Loughborough as a PhD student in elite sport health and performance and as part of the Sport Medicine Research group at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC). I have health- and performance-centric nutrition and physiology knowledge with hands-on experience in supporting clients and/or athletes with nutrition from a research and applied perspective.
