Email providers like Gmail and Outlook use automated filters to protect you from unwanted messages. Sometimes legitimate emails can be caught by these filters, especially when messages come from multiple email addresses or systems.
We use different inboxes depending on the service, including:
If you find an email from us, open it and mark it as:
Saving our email addresses as contacts or safe senders improves delivery.
If you work in the NHS you may need to ask your IT team to whitelist the BDA domain.
If you have an anti-virus program installed on your computer, such as Norton or McAfee, check the instructions to make sure that emails you want to read will appear in your inbox.
Starring, replying to, or moving an email into your inbox helps Gmail recognise us as a trusted sender.

Add @bda.uk.com to your Safe senders and domains list in settings.
Note: If you receive BDA emails from more than one domain (e.g. newsletters), you may need to repeat this step for each domain.
