  • Laura Giordano - Paediatric Clinical Dietitian & Nutritionist working in T1DM, Coeliac Diseases & Eating Disorders

About Laura - Laura Giordano is a clinical dietitian and nutritionist with two honours degrees and a strong focus on paediatric nutrition, coeliac disease, and type 1 diabetes. She has delivered three accredited CPD courses in Italy on diabetes and coeliac disease and completed a year of voluntary training in paediatric diabetology.

  •  Angela Cleaver - Adult Dietitian, Clinical Lead Dietitian at University Hospital Llandough

About Angela - Angela is the Clinical Lead Dietitian based at University Hospital Llandough and has been practicing as a dietitian for over 31 years. Her extensive career has spanned a range of specialities including Adult Cystic Fibrosis, the Nutrition Support Team, and a long-term ventilation unit. However, her core clinical interest has always remained in gastroenterology.

About Roz - os Gray, from South Wales has had Type 1 Diabetes for over 40 years, and Coeliac Disease for 17 years. During this time, Ros has seen many diabetes advancements, and changes in the approach to gluten-free living. Ros is married, a mum and works for the diabetes charity Breakthrough T1D. She is actively involved in the diabetes community, supporting diabetes events and is a keen advocate for peer support.
