More about Hannah - Hannah has a nursing background and has worked in gastroenterology since 2018 in an advanced practice role. Since 2021 she has run a nurse-led outpatient Iron Deficiency Anaemia (IDA) clinic, reviewing patients referred from primary care and across inpatient specialities. Alongside this, she works across the gastroenterology department supporting the hepatology and inflammatory bowel disease services. She holds an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and an independent prescribing qualification.

  • Rebecca Revell, First Contact Dietitian and Advanced Practitioner in Gastroenterology  

More about Rebecca - Rebecca works both as a First Contact Dietitian in Primary care, and as an Advanced Practitioner Dietitian supporting patients within secondary care gastroenterology clinics. Rebecca is a supplementary non-medical prescriber and completed the MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2024. In addition to clinical work, Rebecca works as a supervisor for Primary Care Dietitians and is the Practice Officer for the BDA's First Contact Dietitian specialist group.
