More about Ricky- Ricky is an Honorary Visiting Professor at Cardiff University and Consultant Medical Oncologist at Velindre Cancer Services. He is a UK and internationally active leader in immuno-oncology, specialising in immunotherapy toxicity, renal cancer, melanoma, acute oncology and advanced cellular therapies. He is Clinical Director for Acute, Inpatient and Palliative Care, Clinical Lead for the South East Wales Immunotherapy Toxicity Service, and Vice President and Deputy CEO of the Immuno-Oncology Clinical Network. He co-founded The Immunobuddies, a global education platform with 218 episodes and 124,633 downloads across 114 countries and 3,655 cities.

More about Helen - Helen Long is the Professional Lead for Nutrition and Dietetics at Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff, where she leads a dedicated team supporting people throughout their cancer treatment journey.
Having worked in dietetics for 30 years, Helen has spent much of her career specialising in oncology/haematology nutrition and is passionate about improving the care and experience of patients living with cancer.
Throughout her career, Helen has been passionate about helping people with cancer navigate the challenges that treatment can bring and ensuring nutrition remains a key part of their care.
Helen has an interest in all aspects of nutrition and cancer care, including immunotherapy and enjoys sharing knowledge through teaching, mentoring and service development, including presenting at educational events, led by the Velindre Oncology Academy.
Alongside her clinical and leadership role, Helen is part of a small national working group of oncology dietitians collaborating with the National Immuno-Oncology Clinical Network to develop patient information on immunotherapy and nutrition.
She is a member of the BDA, BDA Oncology Specialist Group, PENG and BAPEN, and is committed to advancing dietetic practice and improving outcomes for people living with cancer.
