In 2015, she became the SoR National officer for NI and held the post for 7 years before taking up her current role as Head of Industrial Relations and Membership at the Society of Radiographers. Leandre represents members’ interests at a national level. Her work includes contributing to national negotiations, shaping policy development, and engaging with key stakeholders to support and represent SOR members on both industrial and professional matters. About the webinar series

The webinar is open to all members who simply want to find out what the BDA Trade Union is doing for them behind the scenes and what it can do to support during times of need. It will encourage members to get involved and demonstrate how being a rep develops skills, supports career growth and improves workplaces. The more members that get involved, the stronger the BDA will be as a professional association.
