I am a UK registered dietitian with experience working in the NHS and private practice with a range of client groups. I take a holistic approach as a freelance dietitian, working with you to make personalised, long-term changes to your diet and lifestyle - including nutrition, movement, sleep and stress - that really fit your life and goals

Whether you're navigating anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, or binge eating disorder, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help you rebuild a healthier relationship with food. My approach focuses on food freedom, body respect, and restoring trust in your body's cues, without guilt or shame. I also support families and carers where needed.

- Weight loss(with or without medications such as Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Ozempic)

Throughout your weight loss journey, I can help ensure you're losing weight safely and meeting your nutritional needs, while also supporting you to feel confident and prepared when it's time to reduce or stop treatment, so your progress feels sustainable long term. My focus is on protecting your metabolic health, preserving muscle mass, and helping you regulate appetite hormones naturally.

- Gut-related issues

From bloating and IBS to food intolerances and sensitivities, I help you identify triggers and make practical, manageable changes to reduce symptoms and improve your overall quality of life. The goal isn’t restriction, it’s understanding your body and eating with more ease and confidence.

- Malnutrition and nutrient deficiencies

If you’re dealing with low energy, poor appetite, unintentional weight loss, or have been told you're malnourished, I can help assess your nutritional needs and guide you through safe, effective ways to improve your intake. I can also support with identifying and correcting specific nutrient deficiencies, so you can feel your best again.
