Amy Powderham
Amy is an adult & paediatric dietitian registered with the Health & Care Professionals council, having gained a first-class degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from King’s College London.
Her goal is to empower people to feel confident in their food choice and comfortable in their body. Believing every body deserves respect and everyone is unique in their needs and ability to eat what’s right for them, she provides tailored solutions to finding peace with food and body.
Drawing upon clinical experience working as a paediatric dietitian and adult eating disorder specialist, as well as training as an Intuitive Eating counsellor, she provides an evidence-based and empathetic approach to a better relationship with food and body image.
Research tells us diets don’t work, so Amy dedicates her work to finding out what does. Sustainable, whole-body healing to reduce food noise, feel at home in your body and live life to the fullest now.
Alongside her clinical work, Amy is an expert in marketing & communications and product development, having worked in the fields in both London & New York. Amy has also written topical articles and delivered numerous corporate presentations on a range of topics relating to health & wellbeing.
