I'm Carole, a specialist children's dietitian with over 30 years experience.

I help children overcome feeding challenges and support parents with practical guidance and reassurance so that mealtimes feel calmer and more positive without the stress.

I know how worrying it can feel when your child struggles with feeding/eating and how overwhelming it is to navigate all the conflicting advice online. My goal is to offer clear, evidence-based guidance that feels practical, reassuring and tailored to your child's needs.

My area of expertise is in helping parents of picky eaters support their child to try new foods, gently increasing variety and opening the door to the experiences they want to have as a family whether that be eating out, going on holiday or being able to attend friends parties.
