Gillian is a dedicated and experienced NHS clinical dietitian with a strong background in supporting patients across a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, orthopaedics, diabetes, general medicine, vascular, surgery, oncology, and gastroenterology. Gillian is currently working fulltime in surgery supporting a wide range of patients pre and post surgery in addition to patients with gastrointestinal related issues.

In addition to her NHS role, Gillian works with Merseyside Health offering both virtual and face to face support at Crosby Leisure Centre/Compass Physiotherapy, Liverpool. Gillian helps clients to improve their nutritional status through tailored dietary education, evidence-based strategies, and personalised support. Here Gillian particularly offers support with weight management, bone and heart health.

Gillian's approach is always patient-centred, grounded in the latest clinical evidence, and focused on empowering individuals to make sustainable dietary changes that enhance their health and quality of life.
