BSc (Hons) Dietetics and Nutrition
I am an HCPC-registered Dietitian with six years' NHS experience and a specialist interest in diabetes, weight management and metabolic health. I currently work as a Specialist Diabetes Dietitian within the NHS, supporting people with type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes and more complex diabetes management.
Alongside my NHS role, I provide private dietetic support for people looking to improve their health, manage their weight and develop a healthier relationship with food and lifestyle. My approach is practical, realistic and individualised. I believe nutrition advice needs to work in real life, not just look good on paper.
I am passionate about helping people understand the ‘why’ behind their health and nutrition, using education and behaviour-change techniques to turn that understanding into meaningful action. I focus on working together to create realistic, achievable changes and build healthy habits that can be sustained long term.
