Weaving together evidenced based dietetic care, intuitive eating principles and embodiment practices, I support my clients to:

- Re-connect with their bodies

- Nourish themselves peacefully, adequately and healthfully

- Break the painful, exhausting cycle of disordered eating

- Break free from toxic diet culture
