Hi, I’m Marena! I’m an HCPC-registered dietitian and Registered Public Health Nutritionist with a PhD in Health Sciences. I offer personalised nutrition support to help you look after your health and feel more confident about food.

My background includes individual nutrition consultations, clinical care, community programmes and public health research. I have also contributed to evidence reviews supporting nutrition guidelines and recommendations. I draw on this experience to make nutrition advice clear, practical and relevant to you.
