I am passionate about making evidence-based nutrition care accessible to everyone, regardless of background or circumstance. My approach combines the clinical rigour of the Nutrition Care Process with a co-productive, person-centred style working with clients, not at them, to understand their motivations, culture and the food environment they actually live in. Where you live, what's available, what's affordable and what's culturally meaningful all shape how you eat, and I take that seriously in every care plan.

I support clients with diabetes, chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular health and obesity, digestive conditions, and maternal and child nutrition, using practical, sustainable strategies rather than idealised advice. With over 13 years of clinical experience across the UK and Ghana, and a postgraduate background in sustainable food systems, I bring both individual clinical care and a broader understanding of the structural reasons eating well isn't always easy.

Alongside client work, I have experience teaching and mentoring healthcare students, and contributing to nutrition research and public health initiatives currently as Principal Investigator on a community-based randomised controlled trial into maternal and child nutrition inequities. I am open to collaborations with other healthcare professionals, researchers and community organisations working to improve nutrition outcomes.

Services

Personalised, face to face and video-based dietetic consultations combining evidence-based clinical assessment with a co-productive approach to realistic, sustainable change.

Eating is rarely done in isolation. Household composition and the people we share food with shape our choices as much as our own habits do. Drawing on my community nutrition and co-production background, I facilitate an honest, non-judgemental conversation that values each person's perspective and identifies strategies that work in your actual everyday life.
