Description: This research aims to identify the personal and organisational factors that facilitates ethnic minority AHP career progression. The research will contribute to the development of strategies that will enhance career progression for ethnic minority AHPs, which ultimately will improve the quality of care in the NHS.
You are eligible to participate in this survey if you have work experience as an Allied Health Professional within the NHS in England, and are in band 5 or above.
