Through JB Nutrition I provide evidence based tailored nutritional support to help anyone achieve their goals - whether that’s optimising health, enhancing performance, or supporting recovery.

With experience in both elite and recreational sport, as well as clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian in the NHS, I’ve supported athletes to improve performance, aid recovery, and support injury rehabilitation; alongside helping individuals to live a healthier lifestyle and manage nutrition related medical conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, IBS and many more.
