I hold a first-class BSc in Nutrition (Exercise and Health) and have recently completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Therefore, I have officially registered with the SENr and Afn and look forward to a professional career in Sports Nutrition. During my Master's degree, I had the opportunity to conduct fitness assessments for an elite athlete and the general population and fitness enthusiasts. I also had the opportunity to analyse food diaries and provide personalised nutrition plans to individuals based on their goals, lifestyle, and training demands using the newest evidence from the research.
