Steve Hadjioannou
BSc (Hons), Pg Dip, MSc,
With over 20 years of experience in health, performance, and real-world wellbeing, I help individuals and organisations cut through the noise and focus on what actually works.
I’m a qualified personal trainer and a clinical and sports dietitian, with a degree in Sports Science and two master’s degrees in Sports Nutrition and Dietetics. But more importantly, I’ve spent two decades applying that knowledge in the real world—working with everyone from elite athletes to individuals recovering in intensive care.
Alongside this, I’m a full-time professional balancing multiple roles and a father of three—so I understand first-hand the challenges of maintaining health in a busy, demanding life. No perfection. No judgement. Just practical, sustainable strategies that fit real people.
On the performance side, I’ve completed three Ironman triathlons and numerous endurance events—proving that high performance and real life can coexist (even if it sometimes involves very early mornings and questionable life choices).
I’ve delivered hundreds of seminars to thousands of people across all walks of life. My approach is built on three principles:
Education. Empowerment. Entertainment.
Because if people don’t enjoy the process, they don’t change.
I also work with organisations to improve employee wellbeing, energy, and performance—helping teams become more focused, more resilient, and more productive.
If you’re looking for a Dietitian who combines expertise with real-world relatability—and can actually engage a room—let’s talk.
