Festive period notice
Please note that due to the BDA office closure over the festive period, any queries or orders received between 20 December and 5 January will be responded to and processed when we re-open.
If you have ordered an e-product such as study day recordings on our website, or access to our e-learning, you should have immediate access via the link or access code in your order confirmation.
If you have ordered the PENG e-Pocket Guide, your unique login details will be emailed to you separately within 10 working days. Please note that orders will not be processed during the office closure period.
