Clara Carr qualified as a dietitian in 2004 following a biochemistry degree at Imperial & a MPhil in Food Science. She has a special interest in IBS since she did gastro clinics at Leeds Teaching Hospitals as a new dietitian. She has been a community & primary care dietitian in Yorkshire most of her career. She now works for NHS Scotland and is a freelance dietitian. She's a mother of 2 active boys and a keen runner & cook.
