Join us for our annual Study Day, an agenda packed with engaging speakers, industry hot topics, our annual general meeting and most importantly networking opportunities!

Under the theme Bridging dietetics and industry practice; strengthening skills for tomorrow, the event will focus on enhancing the skills and competencies required to navigate the evolving landscape of dietetics, gain valuable insights from industry leaders, and engage in discussions about current trends and challenges in our profession.

About Lauren - Lauren is a HCPC Registered Dietitian working across the NHS and private sector alongside her freelance consultancy, which includes health writing and media work. Passionate about translating the science of nutrition into practical advice and tackling misinformation, she has featured on podcasts such as AYMES AUDIO WAVES and Nualtra’s Dietitian Cafe, discussing topics like ultra-processed foods and the rise of nutrition misinformation.

  • Kate Hilton, Registered Dietitian

About Kate - Kate Hilton is a Registered Dietitian who qualified in 2020 from the University of Surrey. She worked in the NHS during the COVID pandemic, but branched into Freelance Dietetics with her business Diets Debunked in 2022. During this career change, she established herself on the social media platform TikTok, where she has since amassed over 35,000 followers and 10 million video views. She aims to debunk diet myths and common misconceptions about diet, whilst providing evidence based nutrition knowledge to the public. 

  • Dr Sarah Berry, Professor in Nutritional Sciences at King’s College London and Chief Scientist at ZOE Ltd

About Dr Sarah Berry - Sarah Berry is a Professor in Nutritional Sciences at King’s College London and Chief Scientist at ZOE Ltd. Her research is at the forefront of developments in personalised nutrition and is forging a new way forward in the design and implementation of large-scale remote nutrition research studies integrating novel technologies, citizen science and AI.

  • James Collier, Registered Nutritionist and Huel Co-Founder

About James - James Collier is a Registered Nutritionist and Huel Co-Founder. Huel produces nutritionally-complete sustainable food and has sold more than 500 million meals across +80 countries. James has more than 30 years' experience, including as an NHS dietitian and in bodybuilding and fitness where he worked with elite athletes. More recently, James is author of Well Fed: How modern diets are failing us (and what we can do about it) a book that delves into the critically important concerns that relate to poor nutrition and its impact on physical and mental health, the environment and animal welfare.
