I’m Alexander Lang, a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience across the NHS and private healthcare.

I specialise in the nutritional management of stroke, neuro-rehabilitation, healthy ageing, dementia, and cardiovascular disease prevention, offering evidence-based, compassionate support tailored to your individual needs.

My work has contributed to national stroke policy, including writing the nutrition section of the 2016 National Clinical Guidelines for Stroke. With a Masters qualification in leadership and ongoing research at the PhD level, I remain at the forefront of dietetic practice.
