I am a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of NHS experience, supporting adults with a wide range of nutrition-related conditions. I am passionate about helping people make realistic, sustainable changes to improve their health, wellbeing, and relationship with food.
My areas of interest include women’s health, including PCOS and perimenopause/menopause, as well as supporting women with weight management, which is often linked with hormonal changes. I also work with digestive health conditions such as IBS (with support for the low FODMAP diet approach) and diverticular disease.
Alongside this, I support women looking to optimise their nutrition alongside strength training, gym-based exercise, and recreational sport, particularly where symptoms such as low energy, digestive discomfort, or hormonal changes are affecting day-to-day wellbeing, exercise tolerance, or consistency.
I take an evidence-based, practical, and non-judgemental approach, helping clients make changes that fit into real life.
