I have a passion for sustainable vegan diets. I relish guiding people when they adopt a plant-based or vegan diet or supporting them on their plant-based journey. I help people make informed choices about their health, nutrition, and sustainable choices, using the latest evidence based practice. I believe increasing plant-based foods in integral to health and the environment.
Additionally, I am very interested in gastrointestinal health. I can help you with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), stoma guidance, diverticular disease, pancreatitis and pancreatic enzyme insufficiency.
I have experience working in the NHS as a clinical dietitian. I have worked with public health organisations and as a research dietitian at King's College London, researching IBD. I am published in 3 papers currently.
I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and hold full membership with the British Dietetic Association
