I am a Registered Dietitian with over 30 years of NHS experience, specialising in weight management and diabetes.

I have worked in a variety of settings across Bristol in hospital, primary care and in public health. I have extensive experience supporting people with long-term health conditions and helping clients build confidence around food, develop healthy habits, and achieve lasting change without restriction or stigma.

My particular area of interest is in supporting adults with their weight during and after weight loss injectable medications, focusing on weight maintenance when transitioning off the medications. My approach is always personalized and compassionate.

I currently offer bespoke 1:1 nutrition counselling sessions and am available for online and telephone support and available to all UK residents.
