Registered Dietitian (MSc, King's College London | HCPC registered) specialising in fertility and women's nutrition across all life stages.

I work with women and couples on egg quality, IVF preparation, PCOS/PMOS, unexplained infertility, recurrent miscarriage, male fertility and preconception nutrition. I also support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and beyond — including hormonal health and menopause.

With 15 years of clinical experience and 8 years working in food and health PR and marketing, I bring a rare combination of clinical rigour and commercial fluency. This makes me well placed for media work, expert commentary, brand consultancy, industry nutrition advice and workplace wellness programmes — alongside my clinical practice.

My approach is evidence-based and non-restrictive — focused on what the research actually shows matters, rather than fear-based messaging or unnecessary dietary rules.
