Naomi Leppitt
BSc
Hi, I am Naomi May Leppitt a registered dietitian with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
I have over 6 years' experience in NHS and private healthcare specialising in gastrointestinal disorders with advanced FODMAP training from King’s College London. It always brings me great pleasure to see the impact dietary changes have on improving symptoms and quality of life. My goal is to help people feel better.
I take on private clients 1:1, both online or at my clinics in Wokingham, Berkshire, and Southampton, Hampshire. I am also recognised with several health insurance providers, and can arrange blood tests to get a deeper look.
Writing is another passion of mine, and I have had articles published in several magazines for healthcare professionals, and worked for food companies, writing many posts on diet and nutrition. With my love for teaching, I have been honoured to guest lecture at Oxford Brookes University.
I love to not only help people improve their relationship with food, but also their relationship with themselves. I’m positive and kind and with my training in motivational interviewing and behaviour change, I’m able to explore an individual’s priorities and ascertain the goals they want to achieve and strategise how to get there.
