Sascha is a highly experienced Specialist Dietitian and recognised expert in feeding and eating disorders and ketogenic metabolic therapy, with more than 25 years of clinical practice across the UK and internationally.

She has assessed and treated more than 20,000 children, young people, and adults across both NHS and private practice settings. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), Sascha is committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred nutritional care.

Alongside her clinical work, Sascha provides nutrition education, training, and clinical supervision to a wide range of healthcare professionals, supporting the development of high-quality nutritional practice across disciplines.

Sascha takes a highly personalised approach to nutrition, recognising that nutritional requirements, health goals, genetics, and eating patterns differ from one individual to another. Her assessments are tailored to each client's needs and may include nutritional blood testing and genetic analysis where appropriate, helping to provide deeper insights and more targeted nutritional interventions.

Sascha completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Alberta, Canada, in 2001, followed by hospital-based dietetic training in Vancouver and Victoria, Canada, in 2002. In 2012, she was awarded a Master of Science with Distinction in Advanced Dietetic Practice from the University of Nottingham, UK. She further advanced her expertise in nutritional genomics by completing postgraduate clinical accreditation in Food and Nutrition and Genetics (Food and Our Genome) at Monash University, Australia, in 2021.

Consultations are provided remotely via Zoom, enabling clients to access specialist dietetic support regardless of location. Sascha holds international professional indemnity insurance, allowing her to consult with individuals worldwide, including throughout North America.
