Sonali Gandhi-Sayani
BSc
I am an HCPC-registered, BDA-member Paediatric Dietitian with nearly 18 years of NHS and clinical experience. Transitioning from an engineering background in 2003 to follow my passion for helping others, I earned my BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Chester in 2007. I have since completed master's-level training specializing in paediatric dietetics, eating disorders, and ARFID.
I support children with a wide range of dietary concerns, including ARFID, Autism, ADHD, non-IgE food allergies, food intolerances, restricted diets, feeding difficulties, faltering growth, nutritional deficiencies, constipation, and reflux. I strongly believe that nurturing a child's physical and mental health is vital for their long-term growth and stability.
Along with extensive NHS experience, I bring a rich South Asian cultural perspective and speak Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Marwadi, and English, with a working understanding of Gujarati and Punjabi. As a parent to a young adult with ADHD, Autism and learning difficulties, I also bring firsthand personal insight to my practice. Friendly, positive, and dedicated, I look forward to supporting you and your child in achieving better nutritional health.
