Sophie is an experienced Eating Disorder Dietitian, who graduated with a first class Master of Nutrition from the University of Nottingham in 2020. With experience working in the NHS and private practice.

Sophie takes a modern, non-diet and weight-inclusive approach and has gained additional training in therapy methods and body image work.  Additional specialities include vegan diets and ARFID. See website for more information.
