I'm Tara, I’m a Diabetes Specialist Dietitian (BSc, MSc, RD) with nearly a decade of experience supporting people living with prediabetes & type 2 diabetes.

I’ve worked in some of the UK’s leading healthcare settings, including Bupa, Xyla, and King’s Health Partners at Guy’s and St Thomas’-Europe’s leading hospital for diabetes care.

I’ve shaped national initiatives like the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme and the NHS Diabetes Remission Programme, and my work has been recognised with multiple awards and presentations at the Diabetes UK Professional Conference.

I’ve delivered lectures and facilitated courses for MSc Diabetes and MSc Dietetics students at King’s College London, helping to bridge the gap between science and real-world practice.
