I qualified as a dietician in 2002 in South Africa and attained my Masters in Dietetics in 2022. I have experience in all age groups and various conditions, from Breastfeeding, Solid Introduction, Picky Eating, Allergies and Childhood Obesity. I have also worked extensively in adult and pediatric diabetes, renal disease, enteral feeding and ICU, including Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU and various adult ICUs. I have extensive experience in weight loss and heart disease and being sporty myself, also experience in sports nutrition. 

Since relocating to the UK in 2022, I have worked as a Child and Adolescent Eating disorders Dietician in the NHS and work mainly with anorexia and ARFID. Much of my work is done with individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition. 

I am passionate about nutrition and love helping people achieve their goals, good health and develop a healthy relationship with food.
