About this session

Every stage of our food system - from growing and processing to eating and disposal - has an environmental impact. But making more sustainable food choices does not have to mean dramatic change or sacrifice.

This session shows employees how the food and drink decisions they make every day can be a genuine win-win: better for the planet and better for their health. It is positive, practical and grounded in evidence - and it leaves people feeling informed and motivated rather than overwhelmed or guilty.
