Revised version of McCance and Widdowson’s The Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset

Public Health England has published a revised version of McCance and Widdowson’s The Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset (CoFID). This electronic dataset replaces the 2008 version originally published on the Food Standards Agency Website.

CoFID 2015 is an update of the original publication to include new and recently reviewed data. A subset of these data was published recently in book form as ‘McCance and Widdowson’s The Composition of Foods seventh summary edition.’ CoFID 2015 is a re-presentation of data but does not change or replace the seventh summary edition.
