As a practitioner registrant you are required to renew your registration every five years.
You need to complete this in advance of your five-year registration ending, so it’s a good idea to start preparing six months in advance of the end of your registration.
The submission dates are 1 April & 1 October each year.
Here are the template documents to be completed.
You will also need to submit:
- Proof of Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (completed within the last five years)
- Evidence of completion of anti-doping education certification. For applicants from the UK, the UKAD Introduction to clean sport (modules 1-6) is recommended. Applicants from outside the UK can submit evidence of an anti-doping education certification with equivalent modules.
On the same day you submit your documents, you will need to pay a Practitioner re-registration assessment fee.
