I have been a sports nutritionist and coach for 6 years now, supporting the general public and athletes in sports performance, nutrition, and physical development.

My educational background consists of a FdSc in Sports Science and Sport Coaching, Ba Sports Development and an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition. 

These courses have built upon a personal knowledge and experience base from competing at a national level as a Judo player, as well as bodybuilder, alongside working as a mental health support worker within eating disorders
