I am a dedicated and passionate dietitian with extensive experience in both adult and paediatric nutrition. I began my career working with adult patients in areas such as gastroenterology, surgery, and critical care. Over time, I transitioned to working as a paediatric dietitian, with a special interest in complex nutritional needs and challenging eating behaviours. I also have a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.

Currently, I work as a Paediatric Dietitian within the NHS, offering private consultations for adults and children outside of my NHS hours. I offer a range of services for children, such as fussy eating advice, non-IgE allergy management, assessment of very limited diets (e.g., with ASD, SPD, ARFID). For adult patients I offer support with IBS / the low FODMAP diet. I also offer sports nutrition assessments and advice for all ages.

Understanding the demands of modern life, I aim to accommodate my clients' diverse needs by providing convenient virtual consultations. This flexible approach ensures my clients can access my services from the comfort of their own homes whether they are in the UK or abroad.
