Rebecca currently combines her role as a treating dietitian for clients with complex rehabilitation needs following brain, spinal or other injuries following negligence, as well as holding the position of Lead Dietitian at a leading private inpatient unit for neuro-rehabilitation, with roles as an honorary lecturer for a new MSc Nutrition and Dietetics course at the University of Hull and as a writer and editor for professional publications.
Rebecca continues to provide one-to-one virtual consultations for clients self-referring for management of long term conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
