Bethany Francois, Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian and Founder of The ED Dietitian Clinic

Beth's experience as a specialist eating-disorder dietitian spans inpatient, outpatient, and day-care settings with both children & adults, supporting individuals with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and complex presentations such as OCD, orthorexic beliefs, and compulsive exercise. In 2024, Beth launched her own private practice providing online support for those with eating disorders and now works freelance full-time. During these two years, Beth has supported over 30 clients and had a steady stream of enquires, in part due to her marketing efforts through both her website and Instagram account, where she shares helpful recovery tools and strategies and aims to increase the public's awareness and understanding of eating disorders.
