Carrie Ruxton PhD RD, Nutritionist & Health Writer
Dr Carrie Ruxton is a freelance dietitian and health writer, working mainly with European food companies and trade bodies on science communication. She is also a Board director at Quality Meat Scotland and a Trustee of the Nutrition Society.
What will Carrie discuss?
Can you tell a health claim from a nutrition claim? Do you know how to define a commercial communication? These points and more will be discussed by freelance dietitian, Carrie Ruxton, who will also present the findings of a survey of UK dietitians and nutritionists which examined their views and knowledge about health claims.
