More about Shilpanjali - Professor Shilpanjali Jesudason is an academic nephrologist and Head of Department at the Royal Adelaide Hospital’s Central Northern Adelaide Renal and Transplant Service, South Australia. She is the founder and Program Lead for Pregnancy and Kidney Research Australia, co-leads the ISN Train the Trainer Program for Pregnancy and Kidney Disease, and is the inaugural chair of the Australian and Zealand Dialysis and Transplantation Registry (ANZDATA) Parenthood working group. She is a founding co-chair of the ANZ Society of Nephrology Pacific Working Group. From 2017-2020, she was the Clinical Director of Kidney Health Australia, the peak body for patients with kidney disease.

  • Kelly Lambert - Renal Dietitian from the University of Wollongong.

More about Kelly Lambert - she is an Associate Professor and Advanced Accredited Practicing Dietitian at the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia. Kelly has nearly three decades of experience as a clinical dietitian, with the majority of her clinical career as specialist kidney dietitian. Kelly’s research interests focus on helping people with kidney disease live better lives. She is passionate about helping people living with kidney disease to make optimal diet and lifestyle choices. To achieve this, she works as Co-Director of the Kidney Lifestyle Research Group and Deputy Director of Health Innovations at the University of Wollongong.

  • Rosie Campbell - Renal Dietitian at Manchester Royal Infirmary

More about Rosie Campbell - Rosie has been a renal dietitian at Manchester Foundation Trust for over 20 years, with extensive direct patient experience advanced CKD clinics, dialysis units, medical and surgical wards. As a supplementary prescriber she manages patients’ bone medications and parenteral nutrition, including intradialytic. Rosie is a member of the BDA SKDG and metabolic acidosis group, and on the committee and co-secretary for the BDA dietetic prescribers’ sub-group.

Manchester Royal Infirmary dialysis unit had many pregnant patients over a 5-year period from 2019 to 2023. Rosie collated their nutritional data and presented this as a poster at UKKW 2024. The collection of case studies, results and learning points will be shared at this webinar.
