I am a HCPC registered dietitian and the founder of Balanced Nutrition Co. I provide expert, evidence-based care for those navigating gut health issues and disordered eating. I have a special interest in the management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other functional gut disorders. I am also able to support with metabolic health conditions, such as type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol.
