Hi, I'm Amelia - HCPC and BDA registered dietitian and founder of Balanced Nutrition Co. Balanced Nutrition Co is a small team of experienced dietitians specialising in gut health and digestive disorders including IBS, IBD, and other gut conditions. We also support clients with weight management and metabolic health conditions such as type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. About me:

I completed my dietetic training at Monash University, Australia, and gained specialist gastrointestinal and eating disorder experience working at leading tertiary teaching hospitals in London and Oxford, where I continue to support patients within the NHS.
