Hi, I’m Anna — a Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian.
My private practice focuses on gut health, IBS, and personalised nutrition. If you’re struggling with bloating, irregular digestion, food intolerances, or simply don’t know what to eat to feel better, I’m here to help. I take a calm, evidence-based approach — no fad diets, no restrictive elimination protocols you can’t sustain. Just practical, personalised nutrition that fits into your real life.
Why nutrition?
My interest started personally — using diet to overcome my own struggles with acne and gut issues. That experience showed me how powerfully food affects how we feel, and it shaped how I work today: looking at the whole picture, not just symptoms.
My background
I hold a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Teesside University and am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC — DT034558).
Alongside my private practice, I work as a Gastroenterology Specialist Dietitian within an NHS community service, supporting patients with a wide range of digestive and gastrointestinal conditions. I’m also a Research Officer for the BDA Sustainable Diets Specialist Group.
