Caroline is an HCPC registered dietitian with experience of working in Community Dietetics for the NHS. Prior to retraining as a dietitian, she had more than two decades’ experience working as an independent Shiatsu Therapist and Exercise Teacher.

Her experience of working with a wide variety of clients and health issues allows her to offer individualised, personalised, holistic care which is evidence-based.

She views gradual behaviour change as the key to the successful management of health conditions and is confident to negotiate achievable lifestyle changes in order to support sustainable, lasting health improvements.
