About me
I am Emily Reilly, a HCPC Registered Dietitian specialising in gut health and women’s health nutrition, working in private practice with clients across London, Kent and the UK, both online and in-person.
I support adults with IBS, SIBO, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, functional gut disorders and persistent digestive symptoms, including bloating, abdominal pain, altered bowel habits, and food intolerances. I also have a strong focus on PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal imbalance and metabolic health, particularly where symptoms overlap with digestion, energy, and nutrient deficiencies.
My approach is structured, evidence-based and personalised to each of my clients. I work with complex and chronic presentations, including clients who have previously struggled to improve symptoms through standard dietary advice or generic elimination diets. Where appropriate, I use targeted interventions such as low FODMAP diet support, elimination and reintroduction strategies, and clinically guided nutritional optimisation.
I also assess and support correction of key nutritional markers including vitamins, minerals and metabolic blood tests, ensuring underlying deficiencies are addressed alongside symptom management.
Typical areas of support include:
IBS and gut symptom management (including low FODMAP diet)
Crohn’s disease and IBD nutritional care
SIBO and complex bloating presentations
Food intolerance and elimination diets
PCOS, menopause and hormone-related nutrition support
Endometriosis and women’s health nutrition
I work with self-funding clients, and I am also registered with major private insurers.
My aim is to provide clear, practical and structured nutrition support that reduces symptoms, improves confidence with food, and delivers sustainable long-term results.
