I am an experienced dietitian of over 20 years and have worked within the NHS as an obesity specialist for Imperial College Healthcare Trust, as well as a research dietitian  with Robert Gordon University. 

I am a mum of two teenage boys (!), try to live an active life (walk, cycle, yoga) and love food, cooking, baking, red wine, book club, movies, shopping… and learning, always learning.
