I support adults in making informed food choices that align with their goals, preferences and lifestyle. Whether you aim to manage your weight sustainably, optimise a plant-based diet, navigate medically prescribed diets (e.g. for coeliac disease) or sustain energy and performance at work through nutrition, I provide tailored and evidence-based guidance that works around your daily life.
My services are designed to be inclusive and accessible. Consultations are available online and by telephone in the UK and worldwide (except the USA, Canada and Cayman Islands), as well as home visits in London. I also offer workshops and cooking tutorials for individuals, groups and workplaces. Services in English, Italian and Spanish. Adults (18+) only.
I am an HCPC-Registered Dietitian (HCPC Reg: DT031461) and a full member of the BDA, accredited to deliver the BDA Work Ready Programme supporting nutrition in workplace settings. My background spans NHS acute and community clinical nutrition, digital nutrition programmes, preclinical neuroscience, clinical research and public health. I focus on translating research into clear and actionable steps. Outside of work, I am a keen freediver.
