Marialice Albertini
BSc Nutrition & Dietetics
Many of the people I work with come to me after months — sometimes years — of trying to improve their gut symptoms, eating habits, or metabolic health without success. They often feel confused by conflicting advice, frustrated by restrictive diets that have not worked, or worried about how symptoms are affecting their daily life.
I am a HCPC-registered dietitian and full member of the BDA, working across both NHS and private practice. My approach focuses on understanding what may have been missed, explaining things clearly, and creating realistic, personalised plans that feel sustainable in real life.
I support adults with a range of concerns including IBS, bloating, reflux, coeliac disease, food intolerance concerns, cholesterol management, prediabetes, weight concerns, and digestive health. Consultations are designed to help clients feel more confident around food, more comfortable in their body, and more in control of their health.
Appointments are available online across the UK and in person in Surrey.
