Hello! I’m Molly and I have worked as a dietitian in the NHS for over 7 years. I am currently working at the largest children’s hospital in the UK, as a highly specialist paediatric gastroenterology dietitian. I’ve worked within many specialities and have developed a wide range of knowledge in a variety of areas, such as allergy, coeliac disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, irritable bowel syndrome and more. I love working in paediatrics and I am enthusiastic about all things food and nutrition! I work alongside my colleague Beth Allchin at Beam Dietitians - a private practice that we set up in 2024 to support children and families with feeding difficulties and nutritional problems. We offer in person appointments at our clinic in South Manchester and virtual appointments.
