Neil McCreanor
Hello. I’m originally from Northern Ireland but currently working in Hackney for a few GP practices, as well as some work in a mental health hospital; although have pretty much worked in all areas of dietetics over the years. My interest in nutrition was shaped by experiences with my own gut health, helping me understand first-hand how challenging and impactful gut symptoms can be on daily life.
Through my work in GP practices and as a supplementary prescriber, I’m able to tailor nutrition advice to your medical conditions, medications, and blood or other investigation results, ensuring care that is relevant, safe and personalised. I don’t believe in unrealistic perfection; instead, focusing on achievable, sustainable changes that fit real lives and support long-term health.
Outside of my clinical role, I’m co-lead of the LGBTQ+ Staff Network at Homerton Healthcare and do volunteer work with local community/food charities. I’m also a qualified personal trainer with an interest in fitness/wellbeing — though most importantly valuing balance, social connection, and enjoying life.
If you have any questions, please get in touch for a free 15 minute consultation — I’m always happy to advise or signpost where appropriate.
